| Boardwalk to Release Fourth Quarter 2009 Results on February 8, 2010 |
| HOUSTON, Jan 15, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE:BWP) will report its fourth quarter 2009 earnings on Monday, February 8, 2010. A conference call for analysts and investors will begin at 9:00 am Eastern Time and will be hosted by Boardwalk's Chief Executive Officer, Rolf Gafvert, and Chief Financial Officer, Jamie Buskill.
